Captured at the Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival

September 1, 2008

You know everyone's doing it.

I’ve been saying that for years. According to the Choctaw Nation there are some 189,000 Choctaws [worldwide]. Every last one of them was at Tushkahoma last week-end for the four day festival August 29 – Sept 1, 2008. Lara Mann [Choctaw] and I were there interviewing folks for a new creative non-fiction book on Choctaw ball players.
